Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Introduction

At Daisy K Madrid, we take pride in creating bespoke, made-to-measure shirts crafted specifically for each client. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a strict no-return policy except in cases of defects or order errors.

2. No Returns for Bespoke Items

Since our shirts are custom-made to your measurements and preferences, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after placing an order.

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

  • Preference changes regarding fabric, fit, or design after production has begun.

3. Refunds & Replacements for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a shirt that:

  • Has a manufacturing defect (e.g., stitching issues, fabric damage).

  • Does not match the confirmed specifications you provided at the time of order.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • You must provide clear photos of the issue.

Once we review your request, we will either:
✔ Offer a replacement shirt, correcting the issue at no extra cost.
✔ Provide a partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the issue.

4. Measurement Adjustments & Alterations

If the shirt does not fit perfectly due to minor measurement differences, we recommend having it adjusted by a local tailor. We do not offer refunds for measurement errors unless they exceed our acceptable margin of error (typically ±1 cm).

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please email us at daisy@daisykmadrid.com with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A detailed explanation of the issue.

  3. Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect specifications.

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, we begin production, and cancellations are not possible.
