SHIPPING
Shirts take approximately 4 weeks to make, once the shirts are ready for shipping, we will notify you as soon as the parcel has shipped along with a tracking number.

Shipping costs are covered by DaisyK for orders across Spain.

For other EU and non-EU shipping costs will be added to your order.

Import taxes, duties, customs and compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer’s responsibility.


RETURNS
We are unable to refund or exchange any made to measure and monogrammed orders unless the shirt is faulty or damaged.


CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER
Unfortunately, once we begin processing your order, you will no longer be able to cancel or change it. If you do wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
